Creative Visionary & Founder
RaShaun “Scope” Wilson is a native of Eden, North Carolina and the Founder and Co-CEO of T.V.O.C. Arts LLC. He created TVOC as a business hub designed to support local artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs through a unified platform centered around the arts.
With a passion for creativity and innovation, RaShaun has built a brand that brings together multiple artistic disciplines under one vision.
A Multi-Disciplinary Artist
RaShaun’s creative work spans photography, visual art, poetry, and custom motorcycle upholstery. Through his brand Scope Vision, he combines textures, materials, and artistic design to create custom upholstery that stands out both visually and structurally.
His work reflects a unique ability to merge creativity with craftsmanship, turning ideas into tangible, high-quality results.
Poetry & Performance
Performing under the name Sk Tha Poet, RaShaun uses powerful storytelling, metaphors, and visual imagery to connect with audiences.
He has performed across the country, from Washington, DC to Las Vegas, and was recognized as a Poetry Slam runner-up at Busboys & Poets in Washington, DC.
His work blends poetry, hip-hop, and visual creativity to create impactful experiences.
Photography Journey
RaShaun began his photography journey capturing local and family events. Over time, his passion developed into a professional service specializing in weddings, special events, sports visuals, and media day sessions.
His photography captures moments with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

T.V.O.C. Arts LLC was founded in 2021 by RaShaun and Kionna Wilson as a creative hub designed to bring together artists, photographers, crafters, and entrepreneurs.
TVOC stands for The Vision Opportunity & Culture Center for the Arts, representing a commitment to building opportunities through creativity and collaboration.
